The Galiwin'ku Community Incorporated Housing Department is Managed Troy Koch with Don Wininba as the Housing Co-Ordinator. The Galiwin'ku Community Incorporated manages one of the largest growing Yolgnu populations in the Northern Territory.

The Housing Department is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of Galiwinku Community Houses as well as the management and implementation of a 5 year programme of housing works, tenancy support, housing allocation, maintaining Tenancy and housing records including documenting the rental returns and conditions surveying.

There continues to be enormous challenges facing the Galiwin'ku community, particularly in the areas of housing, infrastructure and maintenance.

The Housing Department Team are more than ready to accept these challenges and look forward to helping to create a better environment for our community.
