Galiwin'ku Community Incorporated offers shared accomodation in a five bedroomed elevated house overlooking Mission Beach and it's amazing sunsets. Four of the bedrooms have 2 single beds and 1 bedroom has 1 single bed, prices are $44 per person per bed per night. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc.

DHUDUPU OUTSTATION
Dhudupu accommodation is owned and operated by a local Yolngu family. It is located at Dhudupu outstation approximately three Kilometres from Galiwin'ku township. It offers basic accommodation with eight rooms, outside toilet, shower and cooking facilities. Power is by onsite generator and water is provided by overhead tank.

Elcho Island is a Dry and Petrol Free Community
NO Alcohol and other prohibited substances (dry community)
NO Petrol vehicles or petrol on the island (petrol free community)

Permits are required and can be obtained through the Northern Land Council.

Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) flights are available with Airnorth direct from Darwin stopping at Maningrida. Flights can be booked direct on-line at www.airnorth.com.au

Marthakal Yolngu Airlines have charter aircrafts based at Galiwin’ku.
